The criteria for getting a promotion vary from person to person. Here follows a record of the different factors that will be considered:

1. Been a member of the guild for at least two weeks (obligatory except for those recruited when creating the guild)

2. Done a great service to the guild, e.g. good merits

3. Not had any legitimate complaints from other members

4. Willingness to stay loyal to the guild, e.g. not thinking of leaving it for another e.t.c.

5. If we or a reliable person has had a long and good relation with a member (even before he/she joined) and can vouch for him/her

6. Suitability for the rank in question
